Tier 1

Biocide Treatment

Targeted biocide applied directly to moss, mould, and biological growth embedded in the stone. It penetrates the pores, kills spores at the source, and takes full effect within about two weeks.

  • Biocide spray applied to all affected surfaces
  • Treats biological growth deep within the stone
Best for

Regular maintenance programmes. A solid first line of defence against the biological decay that speeds up stone deterioration.

Expected outcome

Biological growth dies off over 2–4 weeks as the treatment works through the stone.

Biocide + Hot Water Clean

Everything in Tier 1, then a full drone hot water clean once the biocide has done its work. Two stages. The result is a properly clean building — and for the first time, you can see the true condition of the stone underneath.

Biocide Goes On

We apply biocide directly to affected surfaces. Over two weeks it works through the stone, killing biological growth at the spore level.

Drone Clean

Tier 2 & 3 only

The C10 drone delivers filtered hot water to every elevation — up to 60 metres — without a single scaffold board going up.

Survey & Report

Tier 3 only

We fly a full video survey of every elevation. Our stonemasons review the footage and write a scope of works with prioritised recommendations.
